Thanks for your continued support and engagement. It’s making an impact, and progress continues. Today, it’s all hands on deck! The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is in the midst of analyzing the restoration of discontinued Amtrak routes and potentially creating brand new ones. The FRA wants your thoughts and comments on this first batch of meeting materials by Friday, March 17, 2023.

In your comments, please address the key questions the study must answer for Congress.  Specifically,

• Are there state or local initiatives (Big Sky Passenger Rail Authority, Front Range, other?) that could inform potential new or restored Long-Distance services? 
• What previously discontinued Long-Distance services should be considered and why? 
• What new routes or communities do you want to extend Long-Distance services to and why?
• What new frequencies and service changes should be considered?
